This spacious, beautiful, new home is ready to welcome up to 8 guests with a full view of the Caribbean Sea sparkling in front. Casa Azul del Caribe is located towards the North end of the island with easy access to downtown and beaches. It shares a large corner lot and pool with another beautiful, new property El Castillo Maya (also represented on this web site) and both can be reserved for large groups of up to 16 guests. The main floor has a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Large windows allow for the brilliant sunshine and natural colors of the region to be part of your environment. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs is a large master suite with full bath including marble fixtures and Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy the spectacular views of the turquoise waters while lazing in bed or relaxing in the Jacuzzi. A private balcony is convenient from the master suite. There is also a small bedroom suitable for children on this floor. The 360degree view roof top can be enjoyed under the shade of the palapa which has a large bar, great for entertaining.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival.
