For a very private and secure island experience, Casa de Katy and gardens are entirely surrounded by privacy walls that have beautiful lighting during the evening hours. There is a staircase leading to the roof of the house where you have a spectacular view of part of the island, the Caribbean ocean, and Salina Chica. There is a convenience store across the street where you can buy pretty much anything you need. There is also a pharmacy, a video rental store, tennis and basketball courts, fresh squeezed juice and a fruit/vegetable market with in 2 blocks of the home.
Located approximately one mile from downtown on the Caribbean side of the island, this house provides a unique Mexican get-away. Enjoy the luscious tropical gardens in the front of the house as well as the private patio in the back of the house. This is one of the only smaller homes on the island that has a full front and back yard, with the surrounding wall creating a courtyard ambiance.
Casa de Katy has one bedroom with a queen bed, a queen bed and a double futon in the living room, a full kitchen and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and air conditioning.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, available on the internet.
