Casa Luna Turquesa is a newly updated, large private home offering first class accommodation. Located a 15 – 20 min. walk from downtown on the Caribbean side of the island, Casa Luna Turquesa can accommodate from one to 8 guests very comfortably and can be rented as three separate units or one. The beach is a combination of the cool white sands of the area and limestone and is perfect for beachcombing. A covered terrace overlooking the pool, and offering guests spectacular views of the Caribbean, runs the length of the house. At one end of the terrace is a new covered palapa with a bar and seating area, which provides a lovely shaded area for relaxing morning coffees. Or, just steps away, you can work on your tan by the pool. There is a large rooftop terrace, again with the awesome views of the open Caribbean, as well as the bay side of Isla Mujeres. From this vantage point you can enjoy both the amazing sunrises and sunsets of Isla Mujeres. This home is the perfect accommodation for extended family and friends. In the summer you are able to swim with the whale sharks and watch the giant sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. Truly a once in a life time experience.
Main House Descri-ption:
The main level has a very well equipped kitchen with a six burner gas stove and oven. There is also an island with granite counter top that leads into the living and dining area overlooking the pool and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and large walk in showers, are at opposite ends of the house and each has fabulous ocean views and terrace access.

The main level has a very well equipped kitchen with an island leading into the beautifully appointed living and dining area. Wall to wall glass doors look out over the inviting swimming pool and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, are on opposite ends of the house and also have ocean views and terrace access.
A staircase to one side of Casa Luna Turquesa leads to the upper level which has 2 self contained studio apartments. The studios can be rented individually, together or with the main level depending on the size of your group. Each apartment has a kitchenette, bathroom, king beds (one with convertible twin beds) dining and sitting area and private terrace. There is a large rooftop terrace, again with the awesome views of the open Caribbean and the bay side of Isla Mujeres.
Main house bedrooms have one w/ king bed and one with twin beds, convertible to King. Studio apts. have king beds (one with convertible twins).

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival.
