This beach front home has all a visitor to Isla could ask for in both comfort and amenities. Casa Tranquila was named by the proud owners to represent the calming effect this oasis has on the guests who stay here. This home offers both warmth and charm with the beautifully renovated interior. The ample outdoor living spaces welcome you to rest in a hammock and enjoy the fantastic views of both the Caribbean side and the bay side of the island. You can also relax in the roomy wading pool with a new fountain on the lower terrace overlooking the beach and the Caribbean. The upper terrace is covered by a palapa (thatched) roof and is great for viewing sunrises or sunsets and perfect for outdoor dining. The beach is on the Caribbean side and is ideal for walking, sunbathing, swimming or snorkeling. Casa Tranquila has 2 bedrooms and they are both upstairs. Both have queen size beds and the second bedroom has a window seat, which can comfortably sleep one child. Each bedroom has its own terrace. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The front door opens into the lovely living room, decorated with comfortable, handcrafted, leather furniture and also includes an entertainment center and a cozy window seat. The kitchen is well equipped and decorated with Talavera tiles and an archway leads into the dining room and out to the wading pool and terrace. This beautiful home accommodates 2 couples or a family of four very comfortably. There is also a full sized air mattress.
A massage therapist is available to perform theaputic or relaxing massage in the casa for an extra charge. Casa Tranquila is just a short walk from downtown and there are bicycles available to the guests at no additional charge. Taxis are always available at the curb out front. A ride to town will cost $1. Golf carts and mopeds are available to rent in town as well and are in plentiful supply.
Casa Tranquila and Villa Tranquila are side by side, ocean front, and owned by the same owners. The 2 properties can accommodate up to 12 visitors.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
