Views of the turquoise hues of the open Caribbean from one side of this charming home and the tranquil Mujeres Bay from the other side, welcome you at Las Brisas. A short walk to downtown restaurants, shopping and beaches make this desirable location convenient to all the best that Isla Mujeres has to offer.
The well equipped kitchen is separated by an island from the living room and leads to a large, outdoor terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, separated by a roomy bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and patio doors leading to the terrace. The other bedroom has 2 double beds allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Both bedrooms have TV’s and DVD or VCR players. The living room also has a TV/ DVD player and a CD player with an extensive music library.
You will find yourself spending most of your time on the delightful, private terrace either lounging on the patio furniture or relaxing in the large soaker pool while enjoying the spectacular view and listening to the sound of the waves. A staircase leads from the terrace to the beach for a pleasant walk and some beachcombing. Another staircase leads to the rooftop for a 360degree view of the island.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival.
