We are proud to offer our clients newly remodeled, view condo unit #22 at the Nautibeach complex, North Beach. Located on the most popular beach on the island, a destination for both first time and long term guests alike, Nautibeach has a solid reputation that brings guests back year after year. Each condo is individually owned and decorated and the owners of unit #22 have taken thoughtful care in renovating their condo to be sure guests will enjoy their stay to the fullest. New furnishings, colors and a renovated kitchen with custom cabinets add to the airy Caribbean ambiance. The condo is on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the large pool and enticing beach from the furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with double and single beds in the second bedroom. Beach lounges and umbrellas are provided. The Sunset Grill, one of the islands best restaurants with swing beach bar and swim-up pool bar, is located on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

|
The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival or by traveler’s check in the case of large amounts. No personal checks.
