Designed and constructed by the owners of the very popular Villa Makax palapa cottages, these 2 beautiful apartments reflect the same great taste and concern for the comfort of guests that their Sac Bajo property is known for.
Casita Peyton on the ground floor and Casita William on the second level (named after the owners grandchildren) are two identical apartments and can be rented individually or together for a larger group.
The spectacular blues and turquoises of the Caribbean right in front of the property seem to fill the apartments and can be enjoyed on the large, furnished terraces. While this side of the island can be rough it is possible to snorkel in front of the house on calmer days. The great downtown location makes North Beach, restaurants and shopping an easy walk away.
Each apartment has a king bed that faces the ocean, a living room/dining area, and a compact kitchen beautifully decorated with the colors and look of the Mexican Caribbean. The bathroom is a treat to the eye with the hand painted sink and tiles. The built-in living room couches are very comfy and can accommodate 2 children or a third adult.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
