Casita Sonrisa on the ground floor and Casita Isladise on the second and third levels can be rented individually or together for a larger group. Casita Sonrisa (ground level) has direct access to the malecon sea walk. Taking you on a scenic walk along the East side of the island and down to North Beach. Casita Isladise (upper two levels) now has a king size bed and ensuite, plus a pull out couch in the living room. Isladise now features three terraces - one ocean side and accessed from the living area and two on the top bedroom level. The sunrise terrace overlooks the ocean while the sunset terrace boasts a dipping pool where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the bay, boats, sunsets and night lights of Cancun.
The spectacular blues and turquoises of the Caribbean right in front of the property seem to fill the apartments and can be enjoyed on the large, furnished terraces. It is possible to swim and snorkel in front of the house on calmer days. The great downtown location makes North Beach, restaurants and shopping an easy walk away.
Each apartment has a king bed, a living room/dining area, and a compact kitchen beautifully decorated with the colors and look of the Mexican Caribbean. The bathroom is a treat to the eye with the hand painted sink and tiles. The built-in couches are very comfy and can accommodate 2 children or a third adult. The upper apartment now features 2 bathrooms and an additional pull out couch in the living room.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
